An easy to follow dance fitness class for those wanting a lower intensity workout. Fun routines based on Latin and international dance styles that help to improve physical and mental health. £5 per class.
Afternoon Tea Dance - Fridays 1.00 - 3.30pm from Friday 8th June
Join us on Friday afternoons from 1.00 - 3.30pm for dancing or just a cuppa and a chat. The afternoon starts at 1.00pm with half and hour's Modern Sequence tuition. This will be followed by general dancing from 1.30pm. £3.50 including tea & biscuits.
